| 1. | No vehicle will be allowed on base unless the operator of the vehicle presents the guard with: | | | | (a) his/her valid & current driver's license, | | | | (b) the valid & current registration certificate for the vehicle. | | | If the operator of the vehicle cannot or will not provide the above documentation, the cadet(s) in the vehicle will have to be dropped off/picked up outside the gate. | | 2. | Vehicles that are being parked on base will be inspected unless they have a current DoD sticker. All other vechicles being driven on base are subject to spot inspections. | | 3. | Vehicle operators are not permitted to be talking on a cell phone. | | 4. | All vehicle occupants must wear a seatbelt. |
